How to Evolve Eevee to Obleveon.

Give an unhappy Eevee a Duskstone, if it is unhappy enough it will evolve, if not “Nothing happened” and the dusk stone will be placed back into your bag. 

Description: 
With the ghostly hand on their tail they haunt people. If you ever feel or see a hand on your shoulder, it might be Obleveon that is trying to drag you with them into the abyss.
